The Adèle Samson Centre and the
Cec Woods Centre deliver services based on client needs as
identified through a mandatory annual Person Centred Plan.
The goals are to provide the opportunities
for individuals to experience, learn and maintain skills in
the areas of life skills, socialization, leisure, recreation,
physio/occupational activities and community integration/inclusion.
These Day Centers also include a vocational component in peer
assistance and maintenance program. |

The Martin Asselin Centre is a francophone
day program that serves individuals with high/complex care
needs. |
| Jarrett
Resource Centre
In its various business enterprises, provides
on the job skills/training and employment opportunities for
the individuals we serve. |

Value Centre
The Jarrett Value Centre has three locations
offering job skills/training and employment opportunities.
The Jarrett Value Centre recycles community donations in a
processing and retail setting. |

Sudbury
East Developmental Services
The program provides life skills, literacy,
numeracy, computer skills, socialization, and recreational
activities. The Alban Jarrett Value Store provides training
for employment opportunities in the Sudbury East area. The
catchment area for this program is for the municipality of
French River.

| Therapeutic
Gardening Program
The Therapeutic Gardening Program is set up specifically
to address the need for a supervised activity setting as an
adaptable and instrumental program to help people of all ages
and mental / physical functioning to improve and grow. Horticultural
therapy develops the social, education, psychological and
physical adjustment of persons to nurture their body, mind
and spirits.

| Transitional
Age Youth Program
Provides supports, integration and transition to our community
youths exiting the school system. Job skills, training, introduction
to community resources and employment preparation are the
foci of this program.
All individuals served receive
a mandatory annualized Person Centred Plan. |
